The 5Lb Add-On Weight is a complement to almost any Functional Trainer.   No need to jump to a high weight before you're ready, simply add this 5lb weight atop the weight stack.  It can be easily added and removed without the need for tools or assembly. Compatible with any Inspire Fitness Functional Trainer, Multi Gym or most any other home gym with a weight stack.
